It is said, "If you empower a woman, you lay the foundation for empowerment of the entire family, even the community". At Officer Bitiya, we have created a platform to prepare ‘Desh ki Bitiyas’ to become IAS Officers, Judicial Officers & Defence Officers.
Officer Bitiya was founded by Mr. Ajay Sondhi, who has over 22 years of experience in start-ups and shaping them into successful businesses. Mr. Sondhi has led many academic institutions over last two decades and has himself been a core faculty for IAS & Judiciary courses. He also handled educational expansion and introduced this model and opened 20 branches of Officer Bitiya all over India.
Mr. Ajay Sondhi has mentored hundreds of officers who are serving all-over India. He pioneered online classes through customised video conferencing method for the first time in India way back in 2012. This virtual method proved to be a milestone and numerous IAS and Judicial Officers qualified their exams by studying through this mode.

Our society has never taken education for girls seriously as compared to boys and gender discrimination is a major issue not only in rural but sometimes in urban regions also. Therefore, "OFFICER BITIYA" is a programme to give a new meaning to the dreams of girl child by enhancing their employability skills while pursuing graduation degree.
